Proven social mobility impact
Established in 2011, members have provided more than 19,000 weeks of legal work experience for students from lower socio-economic backgrounds, inspiring thousands along the way.
Ready-made outreach programmes
Members can take part in legal insight workshops reaching thousands of students aged 12-14 in cold spots across the nations, designed by lawyers and recruitment specialists.
Expert toolkits and peer learning
Members receive a best practice guide for running effective work experience programmes, alongside webinars with the opportunity to learn from each other and experts form partner organisations.
Safeguarding guidance
We are committed to protecting all young people who take part in work experience programmes and career days at our member firms and in-house teams and have created a handbook to support our members with their safeguarding responsibilities.
